By creating a Keysy account or using the service, you unconditionally accept these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you use Keysy on behalf of a legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity. Keysy may update these Terms; any changes will be notified to you by email and will take effect thirty days after notification.
Keysy grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the platform for property management purposes, in accordance with your subscription plan. Fraudulent use, reverse engineering, copying, or unauthorized redistribution of the service is prohibited. Keysy's source code, trademarks and proprietary content remain the exclusive property of Keysy.
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity performed under your account. You agree to provide accurate information at signup, keep it up to date, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. Keysy may suspend or terminate an account in the event of a breach of these Terms, non-payment, or fraudulent use.
Your use of Keysy is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use and protect your personal data in compliance with the GDPR. Data you enter into Keysy (properties, leases, tenants) belongs to you; Keysy acts as a data processor for that data under the GDPR. You can export your data at any time from your account settings.
Keysy provides the service 'as is' and uses all reasonable means to ensure availability and security, without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability. Keysy shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, or loss of data resulting from use of the service. In any event, Keysy's total cumulative liability is limited to the amount of subscription fees paid during the last twelve months. These Terms are governed by French law; any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where Keysy's registered office is located.
